Request Professional Development/Clinical Supervision/Consulting Services

We maintain a "Fee for Service" policy. Your initial payment is required when we agree on services and or to secure a specific date being initiated. Post your fees here.

    Please make sure you have emailed DrJ directly to confirm the date you are selecting for your appointment.

  • 4-opt for Professional Development Services

    We suggest that a client pay for four payments in advance.  The four opt affords you a $100.00 discount on the $125.00 sessions. This also affords the client a standing appointment (date and time).  We require that a client complete one year of supervision as a criteria for the Professional Development services.

    A three-month (minimum) committment is required to be eligible for these services and the 4-opt option.

  • Specialized Service Requests & Off-site trainings

     

    If you are requesting Specialized Services you and DrJ have already discussed and agreed upon, those services are $250.00 hourly.  Please make sure you have emailed DrJ directly to confirm the date you are selecting for your services.

    Off-site training requests include a deposit of $500.00 to secure your training date. The fee is deducted from the cost indcated on your invoice. We also bill for a hotel if you are out of the area, cost for travel and mileage at .57 per mile round trip.  Final payment is due on the date of the training (or last day for a multiple day training).

  • Clinical Supervision for Licenesed and or Certified Addiction Counselors and Interventionists

    To reserve and secure your upcomimg training our deposit is due when we agree to save that date especially for you.  Our minimum deposit is $500.00.  By  depositing the deposit, you are committed to the full amount of our invoice.  If at anytime, you, the client, cancel the service request, full payment is due.  Cost for supervision is $500.00 monthly which affords the client 4 one hour sessions.  We assess a $25.00 admin/pay pal fee.


    A three-month (minimum) committment is required to be eligible for these services.

     

    OPTION: When you pay for two months of Clinical Supervision at the same time ($1000.00  your fees are reduced $100.00, cost is $900.00 and a $25.00 admin/pay pal fee, total $925.00.  This option is to be posted at the "negotiated and or reduced fee option below"

    If you have met with DrJ and decided on the services you are requesting, there was a negotiated amount agreed upon.  Please post the amount for services here. 

    

Your initial call for a period of 30 minutes is free of cost.  Any time after 30 minutes is assessed at $125.00 per hour.
